I'm way late on posting about last week's Lion's Club car show.  The annual event is always a big draw in Washington Park and this year was no exception.  I was impressed with the exhibitor turnout from B'game this year.  B'gamers were a minority of the cars, but it seemed like more than in the past.  Unfortunately the Lion's Club-Fire Department mobile grill was not at the show this year.  That left show-goers with two street trucks and Da Poke-Man booth.  I miss the camaraderie of the local grill team–and the better price point on the burgers and dogs.  It was also odd that Park & Rec missed the date of the car show and gave a picnic table reservation for five tables to a private party, so seating to eat was limited.  Overall, still a great B'game show.  Here is one of my favorites

Nice touch on this woody is that the hibiscus pattern on the top of the red surfboard matches the headliner.

  2. This a very good opportunity for “The Haves,” to show the “Have Not’s,” what you can do through hard work and commitment to fulfill personal goals.
    Thank you.

Only if you believe there is such a thing as Haves and Have Nots.
