Last night was the start of the Fourth of July fireworks displays (two days early). There were about a half dozen bursts that looked like professional-grade fireworks and appeared to be right over the downtown area near Howard Ave. and around Lorton. They were randomly spaced out just enough that BPD would have difficulty isolating them without some local assistance.
