ABC news is reporting that management at the Burlingame Hotel on the corner of Lorton Avenue and Burlingame Avenue has asked soon to be former tenants to sign an agreement not to say anything bad about them. Seems to me someone must have a guilty conscious.

Russ, after seeing those bed bugs I am surprised you didn’t check the Wildlife category when you posted it 🙂

I heard the owners of this building are the Karps.
Let’s face it, this “hotel” was a single occupancy residence that was not kept up for many years. But it was home to many long term residents. I feel for them.
The Karps offer of a measly $1000 each to move out the tenants seems unjust and unfair. These tenants provided the Karps with a steady flow of $$$ for years.
Will someone please drive the Karps over to the Bay front and point out some real HOTELS because their place was certainly not a hotel. It was a HOME to the people who lived there.
