Here is another restaurant that I've missed. I noticed in today's Chron, E21 Restaurant Page, a "capsule" review of JUBAN, 1204 Broadway, near Laguna. It boasts 2 1/2 stars, good, attentive service, and grill your own food (Wagyu beef is a specialty). Sorry I didn't see the original review, perhaps someone else did.
