I don't know how many residents received the scanty blue and white Annual Community Report Card for the Burlingame School District. It is anything but informative, containing little or no information. Please! For a district that claims to be excellent, this token flyer is really inadequate. Where's the beef?!! What about information on parent volunteer hours spent in the classrooms, on test scores, on minimum requirements, programs and classes offered, ethnic make-up, (for starters?).
