With Halloween just around the corner and the City in somewhat of a budget crunch, I had the idea of how we can integrate the festivities with the upcoming election festivities:
The City could SELL CITY COUNCIL MEMBER MASKS.
Imagine little rug rats begging for candy at your front door dressed as our very own civic leaders! "Trick or Treat!!"
This might remind residents to get out and vote so the election results are not so scary and it will teach little kids about the "dysfunctional family" we know as Burlingame's City Council.
