Caltrain – Presentation & Upgrades

At the request of the City Council, a Caltrain presentation by Ian McAvoy, Chief Development Officer of the Transportation District, is scheduled for the next Council meeting.

WHEN: Monday, May 21, at 7 pm at City Hall.

The following topics will be presented:

Broadway Grade Separation Feasibility Study
Railroad Corridor Electrification
Railroad Corridor High Speed Rail

Plus construction will be starting this summer on a $13 million upgrade of the Burlingame Caltrain Station, as well as other work along the railroad right of way in the city. Additional information.
