What is going on with the guy at 137 Crescent Ave. Now he has 3 blazing lights on his property. There must be some kind of code against this public nuisance. You would think he is a traffic controller at SFO or something. Who's in charge of dimming this guy's bulbs?

Maybe he can send some alums down our direction (Lyon and Hoag). I think we’ve lost several street lamps. It’s black as pitch, and has never been as dark before.
I had asked someone in the park about those lights and they said they are the new code. Maybe someone at city hall planning would know.

Also says to refer to the Burlingame Municipal Code Section 1477 for regulations affecting exterior lighting in residential districts. Contact the planning department.
I checked with the planning department and the person at the desk and was told that light was not to shine on neighboring properties.At least two of these “parking lot lights” do. I was refered to the code enforcement officer. I left a message and asked to be contacted about the problem but she hasn’t bothered to call during the past week.
