With the recent rainfall, it would appear that we have dodged the dreaded drought once again.  I don't think we have reached our long-term average yet, but this photo of one of the seven B'game creeks shows we are making progress.

    It’s a good thing the city upgraded the culvert that ran under Safeway while they were at it.

    speaking of green things: We are thinking about planting a Crape Myrtle tree.
    Can anyone point me to a mature one growing here in Burlingame?

    We received a full 5″ of rain in these three big storms. How are everyone’s pumps doing?
    3 of 4 are working for me and the non-working one has a back-up in place! All good.
